We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.

In this role, you will:

Events Architecture and Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable, event-driven systems to enable seamless communication between legacy and modern platforms.Integration Expertise: Lead efforts to integrate legacy platforms with new systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Full Stack Development: Drive end-to-end development of applications, covering front-end and back-end technologies.Technology Leadership: Provide technical guidance on the adoption of event-driven and microservices architectures.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver robust IT solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Present technical designs, strategies, and outcomes to senior executives in a clear and concise manner.Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and peer reviews.Documentation and Best Practices: Create comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to organizational knowledge bases

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.At least 10 – 15 years of IT experience, including exposure to planning, leading, managing enterprise application development, delivery, and support.Demonstrated success in integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), focusing on serverless and event-driven services.Familiarity with tools like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar event streaming technologies.Hands-on experience with both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Possess strong technical capabilities, knowledge and experience on DevOps, SAFe, Agile control Framework. Prior exposure and experience in executing projects involving cloud computing, API’s / Micro-services.Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn bring new ideas to the team.Proven ability to translate technical details into business insights, and confidently present ideas and strategies to executives and other senior stakeholders. Have experience with application ownership ranging from development to production support.Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development.
