KEY OBJECTIVE(S) The main purpose of the Events Host is: + To support the events team on event-related requests, assist with essential tasks for team members and will be responsible for administrative tasks and troubleshooting prior to, and during events when necessary. Primary Responsibilities: + Serves as support to the event team both in pre-planning and onsite at events. + Supports the team with planning and execution on event days. + Builds and supports uploading events. + Responsible for department's inventory of supplies and promotional items. + Coordinates collection, and organization of event materials for individual events. + Monitoring and updating event websites and event calendar. + Maintain a working knowledge of needs on days of events. + Helps to uphold company brand standards and guidelines when working on projects. + Other duties may be assigned .
