Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships) + Work with Middle School administrators to schedule internal usage of facilities + Work with Middle School administrators to ensure that Creative Arts Academy events are scheduled on School Dude and R School Today + Direct and schedule activities with event staff, including timesheets and payroll information + Coordinate transportation for Creative Arts events and field trips   + Assist with planning and supervision of events which may require both evening and weekend work on occasions + Serve as liaison between Middle School Creative Arts Academy staff and building/district administration   + Maintain inventory of supplies + Ensure space and supplies are ready for daily instruction and for performance/showcase events + Facilitate CAA staff meetings to ensure initiatives and events are scheduled, continuing the mission of the Creative Arts Academy + Successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students to ensure each child reaches his/her full potential. + Good attendance and punctuality are a must to ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the job are performed successfully.
