Events Marketing Manager
**Enterprise Events Manager** **ADP is hiring an Events Marketing Manager** within our Enterprise Marketing team **.** In this position you will be responsible for the project management and execution of prospect events, third-party industry events, and ADP hosted events. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Marketing Team, Sales, Sales Ops, Corporate Events, and external vendors to maximize the overall attendee experience of prospect/client-facing events, industry conferences and trade shows. **At ADP we are driven by your success.** We engage your unique talents and perspectives. We strive for every interaction to be driven by our **CORE** values: **Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, to ensure all details are organized and executed effectively. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party organizations to plan/execute key events, including: + Manage tradeshow portable program and relationship with exhibit house + Coordinate invite development process, registration site execution, and on-site operations. + Oversee and work with vendors and sponsors to guarantee all contracted services are delivered as agreed upon. + Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, transportation, and staffing, to ensure smooth operations on event days. + Work closely with outside vendors including exhibit house, promo providers, print shops. + Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement in future events. + Travel as needed to ADP-hosted, in-person events and industry events to manage ADP presence. + Track events and trade show results to provide analysis of programs for effectiveness, ROI and post-event reporting. \#LI-CS5 **QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** + 3-5 years of experience planning and executing B2B and/or B2C event strategies. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Understanding of current event trends, best practices and buyer needs. + Experience with ROI/financial analysis and lead tracking of events programs. + Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to travel up to 30% of the time **PERSONAL TRAITS REQUIRED:** + Strategic thinker willing to innovation while, demonstrating an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly. + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership. + Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment + Leadership skills to influence across organizational lines and executive presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation, and process facilitation skills with the ability to present views in a compelling manner + Personal initiative, results-orientation, and integrity **LOCATIONS** + NJ (any), NY (any), Alpharetta, GA or Tempe, AZ. 3/2 hybrid model (in-office /remote). **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP:** ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
