Events SIA Response Team - Eastlands, Manchester

 

£14.50 per hour

 

You must hold a valid DS or CP SIA Licence to apply for this role.

 

Following continued success and growth, G4S Events are now recruiting for specialist and experienced SIA DS Response Team members, to deliver an exceptional and first class guest experience within the Premium Areas of a newly, purpose-built arena in the Eastlands area of Manchester.  

 

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, friendly and approachable, with great communication skills who can interact with members of the public.  Customer Service is key, so you must have the ability to problem solve and deal with situations in a positive and proactive manner and are able to  work during the evening or at weekends,  

 

To join the team, you should:

 

have previous experience of working as a door supervisor and/or response team duties, ideally within the Events or Hospitality Industries; especially crowd management and conflict resolution, and ejections from the venue, if appropriate

be passionate about events and keeping people safe

have exceptional communication skills

take pride in your appearance and be well presented at all times

be available to work during the evening and at weekends

be confident in your ability and act in a professional manner at all times

act as an ambassador for G4S Events and our customers

assess the suitability of guests and continually monitor behaviours in line with the venue's policy and remain within legal requirements

ensure the arena operates within a safe capacity and  any crowds are dispersed appropriately

respond to any issues that may arise in a safe, robust and professional manner, recording all incidents appropriately
