Can you speak foreign languages, especially English and German? Are you a quick and eager learner, like to do research, get to the bottom of things? Do you have good communication skills? If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then we need you. The knowledge you acquired during your studies and your previous career is valuable to us.

Application Support within the Siemens Group - 1st and 1,5 level
What do we do?
We provide 1st and 1.5 level support for developer and tester colleagues within the Siemens Group We handle problems and requests concerning the systems we operate via multiple ticketing systems both in English and GermanWhat are these systems?
Azure DevOps Server, Artifactory, Polarion developed by Microsoft but customized based on business requirements, and other solutions used by developers at the Siemens Group
How do we work?
Work instructions, process documentation and the knowledge base we built ourselves allows us to perform both simple and more complex tasks Close day-to-day collaboration within our own team, active cooperation with 2nd level expert teams in other countries is also essential All team members contribute to the development of our processes and the expansion of our knowledge base
What about our working hours?
8 hours per day Working in shifts based on agreement within the team (our service is available from 4 am to 2 am on weekdays and from 7 am to 8 pm on Saturdays, the shifts are divided between team members)
