**Overview**
The Razorfish EVP, Client Partner Lead will report to the President and is equal parts program planning & operations management guru, problem solver, strategic thinker, trusted advisor, team leader, collaboration maven and transformation driver.
You’ll be collaborating with large, cross-functional teams and clients to infuse and deliver impactful Paid Media, Owned Digital (CRM and .Com), Creative solutions, and Commerce solutions. You are great at building relationships and driving team collaboration. You lead by example, and you ensure that you set a high bar for performance standards.
You’re comfortable collaborating with an agency of 200+ and clients of 40+. You understand what different disciplines bring to the table and seamlessly bring them together into one strategic vision for the Razorfish organization.
You love the details, get excited about planning weeks or months ahead and thinking about obstacles that may get in our way. You think about what’s next to keep the team moving forward. You transition seamlessly between the nitty-gritty details and the big picture.
You’re an expert at juggling multiple projects at a time and prioritizing across them as needed.
Not only do you identify challenges, but you love problem solving and come prepared with solutions at all turns. You know how businesses work. You get excited about learning the nuances of the client and you bring a “been there / done that / perspective” wherever possible.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ve mastered the ability to build crisp and concise PowerPoint slides around a story arc. And you’re a wiz at adapting your message depending on your audience.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to adapt your approach when working with people from different disciplines (media, creative, data, strategy and marketing engagement, technology).
You’re comfortable whether you’re working in a Publicis Groupe office, on a client site or remotely. You understand that frequent overnight travel may be required. Being located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is highly desirable for this role.
**Responsibilities**
You will play a variety of roles as EVP, Client Partner Lead and conduct the following:
+ Set team goals and KPIs for each year.
+ Develop the big picture macro strategic vision for the team and how this cascades down to each discipline (Paid, Analytics, CRM, Investment, Creative, Commerce), channels (Media, CRM, .Com.), and campaign/project level planning initiatives.
+ Lead account role with a focus on improving client relationships.
+ As a team lead, it will be your responsibility to ensure client relationships and regular weekly client touch points across all channels and disciplines.
+ Manage the P&L inclusive of identifying growth opportunities.
+ Fiscal responsibilities include SOW, LOA, MSA, Reporting, etc.
+ Manage annual commit and reporting with leadership.
+ Manage and gameplan cross-sell opportunities within Publicis Groupe where it compliments both our clients and the agency- ie. Value Based Solutions (Epsilon, Apex, etc.).
+ Connect disciplines and channels to create continued incremental value both internally and for our clients.
+ Publishing regular thought leadership for the team and our clients
+ Join and lead regular meetings Integrated Marketing Meetings across all agencies and clients.
+ Involved in the publishing/vendor community managing top to top relationships.
+ Lead Razorfish to transform the way we deliver strategic work for our clients.
**Qualifications**

+ A connector who will communicate and bring together disparate teams from media, CRM, .com, commerce, analytics, investment, account management, creative, technology and more. Put differently, someone who despises the classic media silo and is willing to do whatever it takes.
+ A leader who is flexible, agile, and willing to adapt to take on all new challenges as they arise.
+ A leader accountable for developing the Razorfish team integrated strategic vision and future looking strategic roadmap working across all channels, disciplines, clients, and vendors.
+ A leader who can infuse strategy across all channels, disciplines, clients, and vendors throughout all phases of projects and campaign planning.
+ A fan of data and rigor; using and finding data to illuminate – and not just support; can integrate with other data-driven departments to get better answers.
+ eg- working with our Performance Analytics team to collect data and write the strategy and storytelling for client presentations.
+ A leader who regularly publishes/highlights thought leadership both internally and with clients.
+ A leader who maintains awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e., news events, trends, mergers, etc.).
+ A leader who regularly develops trends presentations and future looking recommendations.
+ A leader who can lead client management responsibilities as they pertain to core projects and campaigns across the teams.
+ A gifted presenter who can turn Media, CRM, Commerce, and Creative complexity into clarity for C-level executives.
+ A creative soul who understands how to create and unite an idea within our marketing channels.
+ Is a strategic mind and can see the biggest picture possible; knows the difference between an insight and an observation and can develop an action plan across all projects.
+ Can manage with a capital M: leverage their team and agency resources to get things done - and makes it looks easy (mostly).
+ Manages peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
+ Develops relationships with and ensures the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders and client executives.
+ Works with third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary.
+ Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
+ A team player willing to take on whatever is needed to be successful.
+ 15+ years of experience in successfully delivering marketing, media, and technology solutions.
+ Has had meaningful work within a full-service agency, or through media agency/creative agency collaboration.
+ A demonstrated record of collaborative and innovative ideas and insights, especially where media and creative collide.
+ Experienced multiple full project life cycles from business development to final delivery.
+ Experience managing multiple large projects/workstreams simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program).
+ Demonstrated ability to craft and define a strategic business solution based on broad client goals.

Compensation Range: $250,000 - $350,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
