Certification None KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information Basic computer skills including openingreading email basic internet use Knowledge of the basic fundamentals of basic floor care and housekeeping procedures Some duties may require reading writing and performing simple mathematics Ability to read and understand oral or written instructions and communicate necessary information Ability to prioritize daily work assignments Must be organized flexible and a team player Basic computer knowledge in order to enter data PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING Work is performed in accordance with instructions and procedures Requires the ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform
