Evs Supervisor
**Job Title: EVS Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced EVS Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a food service team and/or environmental services, as well as experience with payroll. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively. **Responsibilities** + Provide leadership, direction, and management oversight for the continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility. + Make sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission and vision. + Demonstrate leadership by providing an optimal environment for patient care, safety, service, and value. + Manage the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and aesthetics for patients, visitors, and staff. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital environment. + Experience with leading a food service team and/or environmental services. + Experience with payroll management. + Strong English communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in EVS, environmental service, customer service, and management. + Knowledge in food service, sanitizing, custodial, medical, general labor, hospitality, and foodservice. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in a wellness treatment center that does not provide emergency services.
