Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EVS Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a food service team and/or environmental services, as well as experience with payroll. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, direction, and management oversight for the continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility.Make sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission and vision.Demonstrate leadership by providing an optimal environment for patient care, safety, service, and value.Manage the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and aesthetics for patients, visitors, and staff.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital environment.Experience with leading a food service team and/or environmental services.Experience with payroll management.Additional InformationMonday- Friday 9am-5:00pSalary range $60-65kPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00
Hospital is a Union environment, offers full health benefits and 401K. Permanent direct hire position with a prominent hospital.
