Facilitates EVS operations to ensure that the premises are clean and orderly at all times. Scheduling, assigning and directly overseeing staff engaged in providing cleaning services, and assuring quality by checking the work and helping set and monitor standards in cooperation with department managers. Duties include but are not limited to:

Plans daily work schedules and assignments adjust schedules by looking at events that are coming up giving adequate notice to fellow team members based on availability and resort needs, large events, or slow times.You are considered a (Working supervisor) at times working the gaming floor.Working closely on adapting and have the willingness to be flexible to be able to change, or adjust schedules in a moment’s notice.Inspects the work and monitor sections, check all outlets for coverage and consistency of quality.Orders supplies, Issue supplies, monitors all levels of supplies and collaborates with the Department Manager on appropriate and safe usages.Monitor all EVS equipment to insure it is in good working order and properly cleaned if needs work order place work order and follow through to insure it has been repaired.To insure all out of order signs are placed in the appropriate area and usage of the correct out of order sign and following through on the repair, contacting and working closely with Maintenance.Collaborates on hiring, provide all training, going through the orientation process with the all new hires, provides coaching, support, up to any disciplinary actions and evaluates team members on their assigned shift in an ongoing effort.Documenting daily on any issues that may arise promptly and professional anytime an employee is injured you are required to fill out an incident report form and have the employee provide as much information as possible if serious please escort the employee to the first responder be professional and discrete.Making sure our team members are maintaining a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.Providing all information in your huddles that pertains to Casino marketing events, or any special cleaning needs that we may need to provide.Interfaces with the public on the floors, attempts to resolve guest concerns and complaints. Uses discretion to defer to the next level of facilities management in a continuous effort to provide superior services to the guests.Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.Maintains confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media.Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis.Demonstrate flexibility for staffing and working off shifts, and will be expected to report to work in a moment’s notice. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.1 -3 years of (EVS) custodial/cleaning experience required with 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role.21 years of age or older.Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Able to read and comprehend written instructions.Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
