THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:
The annual salary for this position will start at $56,000k

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise the EVS Team – Oversee cleaning staff, help with scheduling, training, and handling any issues.Manage Staff & Guest Concerns – Answer employee questions and resolve guest complaints while making sure everyone follows company policies and service standards.Ensure Cleanliness Standards – Make sure the casino, public areas, offices, and other spaces stay clean and well-maintained.Daily Inspections & Meetings – Check work areas, hold team briefings, and provide training or coaching when needed.End-of-Shift Reports & Maintenance – Write shift reports and coordinate any needed repairs with the facilities team.Provide Friendly Service – Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times.Support Leadership – Help with additional tasks and work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Cleaning, Housekeeping or EVSMonitor employees, provide direction, and ensure all areas are cleaned properly.Provide on-the-job training, correct mistakes, and support employees to maintain high cleaning standards.Support leadership with administrative duties and improvement initiatives.Customer service oriented

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$42,112.58 - $69,065.05

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
