**Job Title: Georgetown-EVS Tech** **Job Description** You will be responsible for cleaning non-occupied patient rooms. Each room takes an average of 20-30 minutes and requires deep cleaning. Duties include making the bed, flipping the mattress, and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire room. You will also need to put the linens into a large, heavy bag and lift it to put down the chute. Additionally, cleaning isolation rooms is required, which involves following strict safety measures, thoroughly mopping with a string mop, and cleaning the entire room while wearing a full gown and mask. **Responsibilities** + Clean non-occupied patient rooms + Make beds and flip mattresses + Thoroughly clean and disinfect entire rooms + Handle and lift heavy bags of linens + Clean isolation rooms following strict safety measures + Thoroughly mop and clean isolation rooms while wearing protective gear **Essential Skills** + Strong attendance record + Punctuality and reliability + Excellent communication skills + Excellent customer service skills + Ability to lift 50lbs and push 200lbs + 6 months of previous hospital/hotel cleaning/housekeeping experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Direct experience in hospitals **Why Work Here?** Work in a supportive and professional hospital setting.
