Compensation: Starting at $90,000 per year

Position Summary: The eWallet Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and support/management of the company's eWallet products and services. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, technological acumen, and business management skills to drive innovation and ensure the successful operation of eWallet solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the eWallet products and services, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Product Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of eWallet products, from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and customer support to ensure product excellence. Manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release schedules.

Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of eWallet systems, including performance monitoring and issue resolution. Implement and manage processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:  Develop and manage budgets related to eWallet projects and operations. Analyze financial performance, including cost, revenue, and profitability of eWallet products.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all eWallet operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, and technology partners.

Customer Focus: Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and address customer feedback. Implement strategies to improve user adoption and retention.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital payments technology, iGaming or eWallet management, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Skills:  Strong understanding of eWallet technologies, digital payment systems, and financial regulations. Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving product innovation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications in financial technology or project management (e.g., PMP, CISA) are a plus.

Constantly operates electronics, such as computers, printers, phones, etc. Has the ability to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
