The duties include scheduling exams once students submit the Exam Accommodation Form, picking up and returning exams, contacting professors, working with students, assisting with the process to ensure exams are administered appropriately and exam integrity is maintained, proctor exams, and other duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality about services provided. Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus two years of related experience required; ability to use logic and reasoning to prioritize tasks; computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet software, and/or database software preferred; demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. **Responsibilities** + Accept and review for completeness and accuracy Exam Accommodation Forms ( EAF ) submitted online by students. + Ensure the secure scanning and email of returned exams to instructor. + Provide reminder to instructors prior to the day of the exam and clarify if exam is to be picked-up, faxed, emailed or hand carried to CDS . + Indicate receipt of exam in Clockwork system. + Assist with the preparation of Exam forms, printing of exams, exam sites, collect exams fromproctors. + Assist with scheduling exam rooms on a weekly basis + Proctor exams when needed. + Ensure exam integrity + Other duties as assignedThis job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job. **Work Environment and Level of Frequency typically required** Nearly Continuously: Office environment. **Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required** Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking. Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) in a related area and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills required. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Ability to work independently, analyze, and make decisions to provide support to internal and external customers.
