Job Title: Excavator Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to handle large excavation and site preparation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a range of excavators from mini and midi (1-10 tons) to large Crawler Excavators (10-45 tons) and large Excavators (45 tons).

ResponsibilitiesOperate large Excavators (45 Tons)Operate Crawler Excavators (10-45 Tons)Operate Mini and Midi Excavators (1-10 tons)Perform excavation and site prep projectsConduct fine grading using an excavatorExecute pull grading using an excavatorSwap out attachments and buckets as neededEssential SkillsExperience operating excavators and other heavy equipmentProficiency in fine grading and pull gradingKnowledge of excavation and site preparationAbility to build retaining walls and prep sites for similar projectsExperience with large scale retaining wall projects and MSE wallsFamiliarity with pedestal patio paver projectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in large scale commercial and municipal projectsWhy Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flint, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00
