We are seeking passionate and dedicated Exceptional Children Teachers to join our team. As an EC Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing specialized education services to students with disabilities. Your commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment will make a difference in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individual Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. Provide direct instruction using evidence-based teaching methods. Monitor student progress, behavior, and social-emotional development. Collaborate with parents, support staff, and other educators to ensure student success. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field. Valid teaching license or certification in NC Experience working with diverse student populations. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
