You Are:

You will:

Work within multiple computer systems to source information about the given commodity to determine adherence to restrictions guidelines Interface with Pitney Bowes & eBay customer service to source needed information and resolve outstanding issues Leverage the tools provided to properly determined the correct channeling for each parcel: Ship Forward, Liquidate (XOL), or Destroy (XOX) Receive training to properly grade and package lithium ion batteries to meet outbound air cargo regulations and requirements Ensure issues involving eBay customer service are promptly handled and parcel advances to the next stage in processing Accurately track and report metrics to monitor use case data and create documentation as needed Identify new issues as they arise and surface to management to determine best course of action Consistently work to optimize your own process to avoid delays in parcels shipping forward

Your background:

As an Exceptions Clerk, you have:

Excellent computer skills with high proficiency using multiple operating systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams & departments all serving a different set of operational goals Highly detail-oriented, meticulous nature absolutely necessary Thrives in a fast paced work environment Consistently professional in all communication Ability to thrive with minimal supervision Ability to work against time sensitive deadlines while maintaining high accuracy Experience in shipping/receiving and /or customer service ideal Flexibility of schedule is beneficial

Preferred:

Prior fulfillment, warehouse or equivalent experience. Physical demands and abilities: The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations. The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
