Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) Marketing, Senior Associate
Asset Management's U.S. Product Marketing team is responsible for creating an industry-leading product marketing experience across all client touchpoints, media, and distribution channels in the U.S. and Canada. As an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) Marketing Senior Associate within Asset Management, you will work with senior leaders and internal business partners to support our ETF Insights program and promote J.P. Morgan's expertise in this highly competitive space. You will bring together various perspectives, believing that this approach will continue to differentiate us in the eyes of our clients, competitors, and each other. **Job responsibilities:** + Collaborate with ETF strategists, Marketing, business, and sales partners to develop client-centric and innovative ETF Insights content. + Support multiple ETF Insights initiatives and adhere to deadlines in a fast-moving environment through strong planning and clear communication. + Partner with Marketing teams to develop and execute cross-channel ETF Insights promotions. + Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions, and distribution channels. + Become an expert in our focus ETF strategies, industry landscape, and trends. + Develop metrics dashboards to measure the success of our program and optimize content. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + 5+ years of investments-related marketing experience and understanding of investment styles and vehicles, including ETFs. + Exceptional project management skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track multiple deliverables to completion. + Experience developing marketing content for print, web, mobile, audio, video, events, and social media platforms that demonstrate creative thinking and innovation. + Excellent writing skills and the ability to partner with investment writers, proofreaders, and designers. + Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels of management and stakeholders through both written communications and presentations. + Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and re-prioritize quickly. + Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust across a large, matrixed organization. + Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of people across multiple locations. + Expertise in PowerPoint presentation development and strong proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft applications, including Acrobat and Excel. + BA or BS degree. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + ETF-specific marketing experience. + Professional experience using LLM/AI tools to aid in the creation of content and drive efficiencies.
