About this role

A boutique inner-city design practice is seeking a talented Architect/experienced Graduate with developed skills in Multi-Residential projects from design development to construction and delivery. 

This is a contract start role with great potential to roll into a permanent position - there is also potential to start in a permanent role the right person.

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving creative practice and work on high quality large-scale Multi-Residential projects. You will be working directly with the Director and contribute to the design ethos of the studio.

 

 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with design team on Multi-Residential projects from concept to construction Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members Ensure delivery of high-quality details Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers Produce beautiful documentation

 

 Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on Residential projects Good Revit skills  Understanding of the ADG and local codes Excellent communication skills Independent working rights Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
