ExecSec Analyst
ExecSec Analyst   Job Description Summary:  D&G is seeking an ExecSec Analyst to support the CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD). ISD conducts and facilitates assessments to help critical infrastructure owners and operators and State, local, tribal, and territorial partners understand and address risks to critical infrastructure. The ExecSec Analyst will provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Secretariate (ExecSec) and Director’s Action Group (DAG) efforts.   Roles & Responsibilities:   + Prepare daily binders for executive leadership with calendar and information pertaining to the day’s engagements. + Manage calendars, schedules, and travel/meeting logistics for assigned executives. + Draft, edit, rewrite, and prepare final correspondence, briefing materials, memorandum, and other documents and ensures accuracy in templates. + Provide administrative support for Branch and Division meetings and training, which includes scheduling and meeting notifications and preparing briefing slides, handouts, and other supplementary materials. + Collaborate with the Director’s Action Group (DAG) and perform the following tasks in support of the DAG: + Conduct prep sessions for ISD Leadership prior to engagements. + Facilitate collaboration across the organization, partners, and other stakeholders related to engagements. + Conduct planning activities relating to internal and external engagements. o Maintain a tracker on all executive leadership engagements. + Capture meeting notes and actions items and track through completion. + Provide logistical support and information to executive leadership on all engagements Requirements:   + Bachelors Degree in a relevant Field. + 1-3 years’ experience providing administrative support to senior executive level management.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Possess DHS Suitability + Additional Requirements: This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))    Location:    + ONSITE: Full-time onsite at client location in Arlington, VA with some hybrid flexibility.
