More information about BROMMA can be found onwww.bromma.com Purpose of the position Process customer orders and monitor that orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time. Liaise with sales representatives and operations to determine order status and track and maintain delivery timescales to ensure timely delivery of order to customers. Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and customer enquiries including queries relating to orders and/or returns and escalate queries where required. Use databases or other IT-systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales commission; and to generate sales reports and statistics Main tasks and responsibilities + Manage order processing in existing databases and IT-systems according to existing praxis. + Ensure sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts are properly completed and stored in a structured way. + Exchange information and knowledge and communicate with internal and external stakeholders + Participation, contribution and driving function specific development objectives + Update and maintain work instructions What you’ll need to succeed Education + Diploma/ University degree (Bachelor’s Degree) level Experience + Min. 3-5 years Competencies + Advanced knowledge and skills in this area, can solve complex problems + Ability to drive and develop processes and activities and clearly communicate and implement policies and principles + Capability to develop own way of working and working methods. + Ability to support/lead others and develop processes and ways of working. + Strong collaboration skills and effective networking skills + Good communication skills in English + Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping processes + Knowledge of credit management and payment terms + SAP, MS Office, G-Suite, JIRA, Salesforce is considered an advantage You will be part of We offer you an opportunity to put your skills and experience into work and make an impact in our global organisation and the spreaders industry.
