**Job Description Summary** The Global Technical Support Leader will lead a technical support organization that encompasses Global Process Engineering driving global alignment with process and product (One Process One Product, 1P1P), Capacity Execution & Planning, and support the Lean team in moonshine initiatives. The role will also have dotted-line responsibility for Process Automation and Maintenance. This leader will lead the capacity team for future growth; provide oversight to the maintenance function to develop organizational capability to stabilize Operational Availability through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mean Time to Repair (MTTM), Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF), Spares Control, and 100% PM completion; and work closely across the Industrialization teams to ensure product and process capability are aligned prior to manufacturing. This position will also support Lean from an automation perspective as well as drive a clear understanding of global standards and processes to ensure repeatability. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location.
