The Executive Account Manager- Ahmedabad, Gujarat who will maintain and manage the territory by meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit, and unit goals. Maintain customer accounts to ensure advanced service and technical support to customers with on-site consultative visits on a regular and ongoing basis. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales team and will be fully remote. What we’ll get you doing: + Visiting key customer, originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide technical information with regards to chromatography related products, escalate and collaborate with other departments on complexed troubleshooting and services + Develop business plans, market analysis, and sales strategies in order to ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals + Develop strategic relationships with new and existing customers and accounts beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers + Conduct on-site customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations, and/or technical seminars + Manage and maintain information in customer database system + Provide updates to sales manager regarding achievement of goals and trends + Impact the achievement of sales strategically with new and existing customers beyond the buying level. Working with regional teams and global teams cross functionally to achieve goals + Skillfully communicate difficult and complex concepts effectively to build consensus, verify alignment and direct action across internal and external leadership Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: + Master or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology or other related Science required + Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue across a group or team, communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a new or different point of view. + In-depth knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities + Experience of 8-10 years & knowledge of Chromatography + Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet the needs of the business + Expert level working knowledge of consumables sales into target industry growth market and/or technique in the region + Ability to use logic and rigorous problem-solving tools and methods to analyze and solve high priority problems.
