Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing. Logic, foundry, and memory customers depend on BBP products to detect yield-critical defects for process debug and excursion monitoring at advanced process nodes. BBP flagship products include the 29xx and 39xx series which leverage Broadband Plasma technology to capture a wide range of defects with ultimate sensitivity at the optical inspection speeds needed for inline defect monitoring.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different working styles and needs. You will be able to prioritize and multitask with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. This position requires an individual who is resourceful and has excellent interpersonal skills to interact in a professional and friendly manner with employees, customers, vendors, and community partners at all levels.

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach with the ability to independently and collaboratively work on a wide range of time-sensitive assignments. 

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager, marketing, and engineering organization.Plan and coordinate all divisional events, including offsites, employee activities and customers visits.Own all communications, correspondence, meeting notes related correspondences international locations.Create PowerPoint slides & word documents for BBP initiatives.Manage GM, VPs calendar and own meetings and events schedule.Coordinate travel arrangementsInternal/external event & tradeshow managementDrive global employee activities around GM/GM staff travel.Maintain all communication channels (internal social media, global e-mail distribution list)Coordinate quarterly all hands meeting by collating data & slides from different function owners.Project management (coordination of various divisional programs & projects, maintain project status on excel, Gantt charts or MS project, drive module owners for closure)Create minutes & maintain/follow up on all action items list from GM/PLC meetings.Manage facility requests and office space allocation.Track strategic plan deliverables, creates mechanism for monitoring progress & performance towards those goals.Own corporate rewards program & awards for division

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, is preferred.5 years of experience directly supporting multiple leaders for a multisite organization, international coordination a plus.Experience with task management, facilities, day to day business operationsAbility to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise, clear, and compelling style.  Produce well thought‐out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors.Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind.Excellent organization skills, time management and planning abilities, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Possess a positive “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle.Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business.Experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale events.Experience with project management.Ability to interface with a diverse technical group including Engineers and Sr. Management.Perform other similar administrative duties, as needed.
