This role involves supporting Senior Legal Leadership and PepsiCo’s Board of Directors. Responsibilities Day-to day-responsibilities include partnering with C-suite executive assistants, coordinating meeting/events, preparing meeting agendas, arranging travel, reconciling expenses and other key tasks that help the department run smoothly. This position is based out of our beautiful Headquarters in Purchase, NY. Provide support and assistance to the PepsiCo SVP Corporate Law, VP Corporate Law and Securities and VP M&A, Procurement and Sustainability Strategy and provide ancillary support as needed to other members of Corporate Legal Team Assist with matters related to PepsiCo Board of Directors meetings Manage logistics for on and off-site meetings (scheduling, catering, IT/AV liaison, conference room management, Teams) Open, screen, scan and distribute all related mail as appropriate Provide support for Team meeting and Corporate Legal Submissions to Global Town Halls and related preparation and management tasks including Teams administration, catering, conference room management, device management, and other miscellaneous/ad hoc requests for Corporate legal meetings Assist with support of Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings as needed Assist with scheduling shareholder engagement meetings Interact with all levels of the organization and broader global teams on calendar planning, special requests, and office support while visiting Purchase HQ Prepare documents, correspondence and share out with key stakeholders as necessary Help support meeting coordination and logistics with a global team spread across the world Other duties include handling information requests, receiving visitors, and other day-to-day office management responsibilities Accurate and timely reconciliation of monthly T&E and P-Card through Concur and invoice processing/submissions in S4 HANA and CounselLink Engage and partner with the administrative team across the organization, including CEO Executive Assistant and other executive assistants Provide support on special projects/ ad hoc needs Assist with records maintenance and filing documentation on document management systems Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
