**Overview:** This role will serve as the executive assistant to the SVP, Chief HR Officer and support the broader corporate Human Resources leadership team. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a key administrative partner to an executive leader(s) with a demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships within the team and across the organization. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, service orientation, strong initiative, analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills. Experience working with the HR function is a plus.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Support the CHRO and HR leadership team in all related administrative tasks, and the business operating leadership events including bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly staff and annual meetings, including material posting on team SharePoint sites.
+ Responsible for the maintenance of the enterprise-wide leadership list for communication purposes.
+ Working with corporate HR leaders, coordinating the preparation of annual HR department budgets.
+ Produce correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, and emails. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
+ Manage complex calendars, including scheduling in-person and virtual meetings.
+ Coordinate travel domestic and international arrangements, including coordination with NetJets.
+ Process monthly executive expense reports via Concur.
+ Support the office of the CEO as back-up to Executive Assistant. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of business unit visits, annual company-wide leadership conference administration, and other meetings as needed.
+ Administer the company’s contracts with local sports venues, including payments, assigned ticket usage and distribution for customer outings/events. In addition, manage the catering for each event and process expenses associated with each event.
+ Establish and maintain files/file systems.
+ Accountable for other assignments/projects as needed.
+ Work in cooperation and collaboration with other colleagues, occasionally helping with work overload and covering during absences.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ 10+ years of experience in supporting senior-level leaders in a mid to large sized organization. Experience in a corporate environment is required
+ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Highly proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Concur), including advanced skill with PowerPoint.
+ Ability to be onsite at the Glenview corporate campus 5 days a week with flexible hours.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience handling highly sensitive information with integrity and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and thorough attention to detail.
+ Ability to be proactive and work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, working within tight timelines, and strong time management skills.
+ Experience in coordinating both domestic and international travel; Concur experience a plus.
+ Works independently and responsibly to manage and meet deadlines.

**Compensation Information:**
The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90K-100K annually.
ITW considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, geographic location, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
