Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days onsite in building 6, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. This is an 18-month contract position with potential for extension. The role requires contributing to calendar support for partner-level managers and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

This role operates in a hybrid environment requiring 2-3 days onsite in building 6, which features a large café. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime upon sponsor approval. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00
