Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills and explore different opportunities. You will be part of a supportive team culture and work in a newer building on campus that has the largest cafe on campus.
ResponsibilitiesProvide calendar support for partner-level managers.Handle onboarding of new hires.Manage headcount and team support.Oversee travel and morale budget management.Provide onsite team support and space management.Plan and coordinate events.Order and manage equipment.Manage distribution lists.Perform various administrative tasks as needed.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience with calendaring in Outlook.Minimum of 2 years experience with managing headcount and team support.Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.Prior Microsoft Experience is Strong Preferred. Ideally 2+ years of experience.Candidate Requirements2-5 Years overall years of experience required.High school graduate OK, College degree is nice but not required.Disqualifiers: Multiple short-term projects or assignments, gaps that can't be explained, grammatical errors o resume or copying or pasting the same description for each role they have on their resume.Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would include experience with larger technology companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc. A sales or customer service background shows the team that they have experience dealing with different types of people.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School graduate required; College degree is nice but not required.Experience with larger technology companies is preferred.Sales or customer service background is beneficial.Prior experience with the client is strongly preferred.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite per week at our main campus in Redmond, WA. The campus is large and fast-paced, offering a dynamic work environment. Standard Monday to Friday schedule with potential for overtime. The work will be performed using standard supplier equipment. A Cloud Background Check will be required.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00/hr.
