Amyx is seeking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Aurora, CO.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support services to the DHA Contracting Activity (DHACA), the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the DHACA Director. The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Division Chief including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and proofreading correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Division Chief’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Chief’s time and office. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CAE’s / Deputy CAE’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree. Five years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a DoD organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and Social Media web platforms.Salary: 40,000-60,000
