Executive Administrative Assistant
**Description:** You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for the Vice President of Production Operations\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for executive administration duties, including creation of presentations, scheduling meetings, managing internal and external commitments, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating executive/VIP visits, and other coordination activities as assigned\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
