Description:The Enterprise Total Rewards Team is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support four Corporate Total Rewards Directors and to provide additional support to the Vice President of Total Rewards. The role, located in Bethesda, requires an individual who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is highly dependable with the ability to work independently and effectively with a high level of flexibility in prioritizing tasks and schedule.
What You Will Be Doing
The position is critical to the Total Rewards organization and will include the following responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and identifying knowledgeable attendees for meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including ground transportation, and provide necessary documentation and materials.
• Process expense reports in Concur and reconcile corporate travel cards.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external attendees, including catering, visit requests, and electronic equipment setup.
• Set up virtual meetings (VTC, Zoom, Teams).
• Support Total Rewards team with subpoena processing, NEAT processing, and mail distribution.
• Perform administrative duties with minimal direction, exercising independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Track action items, ensure timely completion, and follow up as needed.
• Complete special assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated administrative assistant experience supporting Executive-level management.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint as well as experience with an Expense Management System (Concur, etc.).
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal management, staff, external clients, and customers, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Desired Skills:
• Possesses a working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM) policies, procedures, and processes, including key points of contact within LM and Enterprise Operations.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Demonstrated situational awareness to prioritize responsibilities.
• Demonstrates effective and timely communication.
• Must demonstrate executive presence through professional presentation.
• Demonstrate ability to take initiative.
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills.
• Proven project management skills.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $59,000 - $113,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
