What You'll Do Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the regional leadership Creates PowerPoint presentations and associated materials for meetings Proactively maintain Outlook calendars Represent the company and the Regional Leadership Team in a positive, supportive, and professional manner Answers incoming calls and answers questions/transfers calls as needed. Takes messages and routes incoming calls to appropriate point of contact Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices Provide proactive support to the Regional Leadership Team Participates in team meetings and activities Prepare monthly safety Reports Execute weekly payroll functions and approvals in Kronos Performs other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience Must have advanced computer skills MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize Must have a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company Possesses a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
