Job Description
The Executive Office Support Specialist will report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and provide administrative support to all Executive Assistants.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and support at the executive level.
ResponsibilitiesProvide shipping and receiving support to internal customers upon request.Utilize strong skills in Microsoft Outlook for various tasks.Adapt to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust during slower periods as needed.Ensure punctuality and effective time management.Support high-level executives with administrative tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.Strong administrative and office management skills.At least 2 years of administrative experience.Excellent communication skills.Professional presentation and demeanor.Experience in receptionist and customer service roles.Front desk management, clerical skills, filing, and supply management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in financial services is beneficial.Willingness to work later hours when needed, beyond the standard 8-5 schedule.Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability during both busy and slow periods. The role supports high-level executives, necessitating a high degree of professionalism. The position may require working later hours when necessary.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00
