SGRE is currently seeking highly talented and motivated candidate for an Administrative Functional Support. The successful candidate will manage all day-to-day functional operations, applying IT systems and performing specialized administrative tasks specific to the role. Re lo cation may be offe re d for this role should it be necessary Responsibilities + Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations and applies IT systems. + Performs functionally specialized administration tasks. + Prepares specialized routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics. + Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages. + Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned. + Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served. + Scheduling and coordinating meetings and calendars for the executive team. Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive as well as other management staff. + Organizing documents, maintaining records, and taking notes at meetings. + Preparing and analyzing data, reports, and presentations. + Providing assistance to other administrative staff members. + Acting as a representative and liaison for the executive. Partnering with key departments to provide administrative support. Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience + High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related experience 2 year degree/certificate in a related field preferred + Must have a high degree of competence in the use of the following Software systems + SAP, Office 365 suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint + Excellent verbal and writing communication skills + Payroll experience preferred + Human Resource experience preferred + Prior experience and understanding of how to handle confidential data is required + Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
