Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who can maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a dynamic team environment.
This position will provide direct support to a Business Unit Manager at Texas Instruments, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and an effective problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility. They should demonstrate good judgment, be a good collaborator and team player, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, bringing a combination of these skills to support the Business Unit Manager and contribute to the success of the team in Radar.

In Radar business unit, our charter is to make Radar technology attainable and affordable across all markets and applications. This business unit is one of the most innovative, exciting, and fast-growing businesses in TI. Exciting because it is fast-moving, enabling new applications across all markets by developing innovative and state of the art technology. Our products create huge impact and recognition in both the automotive and Industrial markets, with hundreds of customers that ramping and shipping in production with TI technology. It is fast growing because we are getting market recognition and have the line of sight being the number one Radar supplier in the world. In the next few years, TI Radar will be in almost any car and is expected to be in many industrial applications like robotics, drones, and security systems.
**While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:**
+ Executive support and administration
+ Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentswith a keen understanding of time-zone differences. Proactively prioritizing meetings and schedules to meet business/leader needs.
+ Demonstrating professional demeanor in interfacing with senior-level executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
+ Assist the team with materials preparations and execution of business meetings.
+ Researching and compiling special reports as needed.
+ Coordinate with other administrative assistants across organization and act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external partners.
+ Develop a thorough understanding of the team's organizational structure.
+ Scheduling, travel and logistics
+ Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
+ Organize agenda, briefings, and supporting materials.
+ Arrange hotels and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to the US.
+ Arrange domestic and complex international travel for organization (including visa support).
+ Creating and maintaining contacts of a complex nature, both inside and outside TI.
+ Office and operations management
+ Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices using financial tools (ex: Concur, SAP).
+ Support the organization with office supplies, phones, and setup for new employees and interns.
+ Maintain the organization's collaboration tools (ex: SharePoint, Infolink sites, TI Drive). Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization.
+ Assist team and plan worldwide meetings, leader offsites, Marketing employee morale events, and employee celebrations.
+ Setting up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders
+ Maintain space (offices and cubicles)

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
+ 5 + years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant (preferably supporting senior executives – C-level, VP, or director level)
+ Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
+ Show reliability in the execution of projects and assignments with limited supervision; autonomous and self-driven
+ Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Experience with calendar management tools
+ Familiarity with expense reporting systems (Concur, SAP)
+ Knowledge of project management tools
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience supporting senior managers with global teams
+ High degree of curiosity to learn about the business, fast learner
+ Strong balance of ability to work independently and take initiative to drive for results, with close alignment on business leader expectations
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
