We're looking for an Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) for our VP International Sales. You’ll work with them to keep their team organized and running smoothly. You’ll manage a hyper-busy schedule and maintain great relationships internally and externally, and you’ll need to be an amazing communicator who’s passionate about details.

 

What you'll do:

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, travel schedule and agenda prep Manage and collaborate on projects and priorities for the Global Sales Org  Assist with ad-hoc cross-team projects as needed  Attend meetings, communicate agendas, take notes and hold accountability with action items  Ensure that the priorities for the Global Sales org are cascaded to the other ABP’s supporting leaders within the organization Partner closely with the E/ABPs on cross-functional meetings Act as on-the-ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/Events/IT teams Handle ambiguous situations and constant change with confidence  Be capable of addressing tough issues by identifying the problem, building consensus and working toward a resolution Consistently hold self and others accountable for doing what they say they’ll do  Create clarity around what success looks like while inspiring velocity in self and others to achieve impact

 

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Administration, OR equivalent experience 8+ years supporting executives with several years supporting VP and Director levels (strong preference with start up or tech experience)  Proficient in gSuite, Keynote, MS Office Suite  Solid track record of handling confidential information with integrity  Self-starter, able to take on and own projects to completion with minimal direction Team player willing to jump in and help where and when needed  Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment A passion for Pinterest

 

In-Office Requirement Statement:

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least x2 times a week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Dublin office.
