In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Expected salary range of $75,600 to $84,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Provides a broad range of highly responsible administrative services to support the Management team and the Business Unit. Employs excellent organizational skills and takes initiative to perform diverse duties and functions that require confidentiality/discretion, attention to detail and prioritization. Communicates and interfaces with others with efficiency and professionalism. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences while also managing and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and inquiries. + Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, providing support on special projects and initiatives. + Manage and oversee the budget, expenses, and invoices. + Organize and facilitate events, such as staff meetings, retreats, and workshops. + Review time sheets and reports and enter the data for payroll processing. + Provide administrative support to the Management team and other departments as needed. + Ensure the confidentiality and security of information and data, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. + Collaborate with other administrative assistants, department heads, and support staff to ensure efficient operations and coordination across the organization. + Anticipate and resolve any issues or problems that may arise for the executive. + Ensure compliance with company policies related to expense reporting and approval process, submit expenses on behalf of the executive. May act as a delegate in reviewing and approving expense reports for the department. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + High School diploma or GED. + Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, including 3 years supporting an Executive. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software and tools. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently, collaboratively with minimal supervision. + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities and demands while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and integrity. + Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and communicate effectively. + Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies. + Demonstrated business acumen, customer awareness and ability to create value. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Proven project management experience and organizational skills + Concur or travel/expense software, eTime/timekeeping software, AS9, Oracle, SailPoint or service ticket software.
