**Description and Requirements**
The Executive Administrative Partner will support high level executives at Lenovo across multiple time zones. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the organization running smoothly and effectively in a complex global environment.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to manage complex, multi-time zone scheduling of travel and meetings as well as coordinating on and off-site activities. To excel in this role, the candidate will need to be able to manage confidential information, excellent attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency. This individual will be responsible for all administrative needs including but not limited to managing calendar, expense reporting, extensive international travel, document approval processing and additional projects which will be assigned.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for complex calendar management / gatekeeper, coordinating executive level internal/external stakeholder meetings
+ Drive executive staff meetings
+ Deck consolidation, agenda, actions, follow up
+ Execute and drive org specific projects with high attention to detail on event planning
+ High degree of initiative and ability to anticipate needs
+ Arrange complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel
+ Maintain travel and expense budget
+ Complete understanding of company policies and tools
+ Review/approve expense reports on behalf of executive
+ Process expense reports and reconciliation against statements
+ Facilitate business communication between members of management, staff and outside senior business contacts
+ Ability to make sound decisions with little direction
+ Executive e-mail management – flag, action, follow-up, respond
+ Deep understanding of organizational structure and business
+ Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
+ Generate and format presentations
+ Assists extended team members with administrative duties as needed
**Basic** **Qualifications**
+ Associate’s degree or combined 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level business leaders in a corporate environment
+ Advanced Office 365 Suite skills is a must
