The role provides direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President, LAC Value Added Services as well as indirect assistance to other executive level team members. This position handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company policies and practices.
This role is an individual contributor with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and solves a range of straightforward problems/analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. This position receives a moderate level of guidance and supervision.
Project Management/Calendars: Assist in management of the team’s calendarOrganization Chart and Headcount Updates: Lead process to ensure org charts and distribution lists are updatedWriting Support: Proofreading and formatting business documents and communications for overall professional writing style and proper grammar. Support weekly updates on key activities and other communications as assignedEvents Support: Participate in the planning and execution of functional all-staff meetings and employee engagement events, including coordinating logisticsSupport for Functional Training Programs: support team in communicating/supporting logistics as needed for functional training programs. Assist in documenting participation in learning programs as neededProject Management: provide project management/coordination support as needed on select projectsCalendar Management: Assist in the management of the team’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, proactively resolving / rescheduling conflictsExpense Management / Supplies: Process expense reports on behalf of the team, manage purchasing cards, and procurement of supplies, devices and equipment. Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 63,200.00 to 89,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
