Job Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting an Executive VP, SVP, and other leaders within a global sales organization. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a problem solver.
This role will support the administrative and business office needs of our leadership team, supporting at least three leaders in the organization. Key responsibilities will be organizing and scheduling meetings, organizing and scheduling travel both domestic and international, coordinating key stakeholders responsible for deliverables for key internal meetings as needed, works collaboratively and coordinates with other Executive Assistants when needed. Coordinating and scheduling food ordering and delivery with a focus on minimal waste.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the schedules and travel arrangements of the identified leadership team. Provides executive assistance for a wide range of senior management functions, including client meetings. Coordinate the scheduling and handle logistical arrangements for internal and external meetings. Exercises extreme diplomacy in managing the expectations of external (customer, vendor, partner, media, etc.) stakeholders regarding executive availability and other asks. Carry out all responsibilities and assigned tasks in a professional manner with the highest standards of excellence. Prepare business and as needed, private correspondence Ability to efficiently manage calendars Coordinate effective business meetings and ensure proper planning and documents are present Manage extensive travel planning for EVP, SVP and reporting leaders. Manage all expense reports in a timely manner. Securing appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval processes Assist with creation and adhering to standard policies and processes Event planning and support for all leadership quarterly and annual meetings. Managing the ordering and sending of business-related gifts and flowers Responsible for supporting other, as needed, administrative projects within the sales organization and enablement team.
