Amazon Ads is seeking a self-driven, customer obsessed, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the VP of Global Growth Sales (GGS). In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the organization's leader and team organized, informed, and on task through meticulous calendar management, scheduling, and collaboration with other Executive Assistants.
This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, while anticipating needs. Impeccable attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are critical to success. As is a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company. This is a Seattle based role requiring humor, composure, and the ability to foster a fun and positive team environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings
• Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
• Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
• Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads org
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance
• React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
