Job Description

NBCUniversal is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Senior Executive and team in the Advertising and Marketing Legal and Business Affairs group.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide professional phone coverage at all times; screen all calls and determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attentionCoordination of travel arrangementsOverall management of busy calendarsCoordination and scheduling of meetingsProcess and track expense reimbursementsMaintain and updating contacts listsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionMaintain up-to-date and accurate filing systemProvide support on internal team development and organization projectsManage distribution of new and open team matters; matter intake/tracking across business teams supportedProvide phone backup support to other EAs as neededAssist with additional projects and other duties as requiredPunctual, regular, and consistent attendance

Qualifications

Qualifications

3+ years prior relevant experience, supporting Senior-Level ExecutivesExceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skillsProficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPointAbility to successfully multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourceful

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
