This role will provide administrative support to Vice President Asia Pacific Sales
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide secretarial supports to Vice President Asia Pacific Sales Facilitate with events and large meeting organization. (Internal and External) Coordinate with key counterparts, either internal or external Work proactively and independently to support regular meetings. Coordinate and make travel plans & arrangements. Collect data, conduct basic research work if needed, set up and maintain records and files. Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task requirementsWho You Are:
You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years related working experience in a multi-national environment or similar. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese Strong Microsoft Office suite, Excel and pivot table skills, PowerPoints knowledge Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude Work accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a new environment. Excellent inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor
