Amazon Web Services is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is eager to work on a fast-paced team, within a constantly evolving industry. This role will support two directors with the possibility of a third, and will require an individual with flexibility, strong business acumen, superior attention to detail, the desire to learn, and a sense of humor.

This is a Seattle based role.

Key job responsibilities
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

A day in the life
This position requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams and working closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure.
