Essential Job Responsibilities-
Provide executive-level support to Vice President, including calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, conference calls, organization/filing of reports
Manage Vice President‘s calendar and e-mails to ensure timeliness of meetings and awareness of current priorities
Help plan special event logistics for department-hosted facility or hospitality events
Manage the flow of information so that urgent e-mails are answered in a timely manner and departmental memos are distributed for action quickly and effectively
Maintain Vice President’s filing system in a logical manner for quick information access
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants, internal departments and partners
Draft letters, documents and reports with attention to detail and quality
Write, edit, and proof read documents and emails with accuracy
Respond to inquiries made to the Vice President’s office
Create spreadsheets and run reports for corporate business projects as needed
Assist with various research and special projects as needed
Review and submit department expense reports on Concur
Ensure adherence to the security policy with reference to employees, guests, visitors, delivery people, etc.
Maintain the office condition and cleanliness, and troubleshoot issues with office equipment and arrange necessary repairs with the Office Services team as needed
Partner with IT support to resolve hardware, software, and other technical issues that affect the department
Create and maintain departmental documents such as organizational chart, phone list, sample coordinator and product showroom list, parking list, travel calendar, etc.

Technologically savvy
Proficiency with Adobe Reader, Concur, Kronos, and FileNet experience preferred
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc)
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
College Degree preferred
Experience performing administrative duties in a corporate environment
Two or more years of full-time experience in footwear, apparel, or hospitality industry preferred
The pay range for this role is $70,000-$80,000/yr USD
