Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at PayPal Singapore. This individual must be a quick learner with strong sense of responsibilities and ownership, self-motivated, professional and is able to appropriately handle sensitive information.

Success in this role is when this individual anticipates the needs of the executives and takes the initiative to solve problems independently, whilst managing the calendar and emails displaying appropriate judgment to positively support senior executives’ daily work

Your day to day:

Manage planning, calendars and emails; make considered and appropriate judgements; manage and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring efficient time managementCoordinate meetings effectively, including meeting logistics, attendance, time management and follow-upMake travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately with a service-oriented attitude to best support executivesPrepare and track purchase orders and expense reportsFollow up on action items on behalf of the executives as appropriatePartner and network with other company administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, get things done and solve problemsProvide support for other ad hoc projects as needed

What do you need to bring:

Strong common sense, a high level of professionalism, and a proven track record as an efficient executive assistantEffective communication skills, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and departments to accomplish tasks and achieve goalsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionOutstanding planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailHigh degree of flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure and tight timeline when neededStrong execution ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environmentRespect for confidentiality and the ability to properly handle sensitive information is a mustAbility to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the companyA “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done with politeness and good cheer;Excellent customer service orientation.Stress resistance, and a good sense of time management.

You Must Also Have:

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of experience in administrative assistant/secretary related work;International approach and a global mindset with advanced skills in verbal and written English;Proven competency using MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
