This position supports the Senior Vice President/Head of Disney Games. You would be a part of the Disney Games team and would be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team and would work with the most creative, intelligent people in the business.

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with a curiosity and passion for games.

What You Will Do

Every day in this role is different. On any given day you might:

Thoughtfully manage complex calendars, protecting your executive's time through strategic calendar management and vetting a variety of meeting requestsManage your executive’s Inbox to include composing correspondence on behalf of executive, handling highly confidential correspondence and information with utmost discretionWork closely with the Executive on activities, projects, meetings, event planning and office logisticsBuild travel itineraries, book travel arrangements and handle Travel & Entertainment expenses for your leader and/or teamProactively resolve issues and pitch in to helpCoordinate onboarding/offboarding of team membersProcess and track payments to vendors using SAPTrack team time off using Labor Reports in SAPPlan recognition and team eventsOrder supplies and equipment along with other office management dutiesManage project tracking and follow-upSchedule and host Zoom/Teams meetings which could include presentation-sharingAttend meetings to take notes and followup on action itemsPrepare professional PowerPoint decks and reports to be shared with leaders and stakeholdersEnsure the executive is prepared for meetings and eventsResearch and report on specific topics as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of experience supporting business executives in an administrative roleProven success in partnering and interacting with all levels of employees including executive leadershipPrior work experience in a support or administrative roleStrong proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Slack,Generally tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills, including the use of AI assistanceProfessional and highly discreet while maintaining absolute confidentialityEffective communication skills, including diplomatic and professional handling of all forms of communicationsAbility to be proactive, resourceful, flexible, and responsiblePreparing and sharing meeting minutesExtremely well organized and attentive to detailTravel is required for role - can vary

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting an executive at the Senior Vice President levelExperience within the gaming industry and understanding of video gamesWorking in a large publicly traded company

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $73,400.00 to $98,400.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
