About the Role As an Executive Assistant supporting Global Leadership some of your key responsibilities will involve. Coordinating regular meetings locally and globally across different time zones and attending to minutes where so required. Organizing complex global travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and cars. Extensive proactive diary and inbox management. Supporting document creation and management across a broad range of formats, including the preparation and production of presentations, correspondence, and related materials (including editing for grammar, punction, and phrasing).Provide business support, as applicable, across priority projects and initiatives to deliver best in class execution. Coordinating and organizing global internal and external meetings/events. Liaising and building good business relationships with Aon Executive Committee colleagues, PA’s, and external clients, vendors and other partners across the globe. Act as the point of liaison to the business and internal teams. Submitting expense reports in a timely manner and assisting with team expenses. Greeting visitors and coordinating hospitality Supporting the broader UK based Fac team with both ad-hoc administration support and in respect of priority asks and key projects. Adhering to the standards, procedures and best practices of Aon Limited to ensure FCA and other regulatory compliance. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you As an Executive Assistant your skills and qualifications will ideally include; Track record of being an Executive Assistant and dealing with senior business contacts, preferably in a global context Strong interpersonal skills. presentation skills, including Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. organizational and management skills Whilst not client facing, experience of working in a client facing environment would be an advantage The ability to act as a liaison between the executive and their colleagues, clients, and other leaders.
