Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives. **Position Summary** The Executive Assistant reports to the Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and supports the Finance leadership team. The successful candidate serves as an effective gatekeeper, prepares accurate documents, manages calendars, and efficiently manages a variety of recurring administrative tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for this position. **Principal Responsibilities** • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and conference calls. Prepare agendas, publish minutes, and prioritize schedules as necessary. • Aid in setting up and providing operational support for Finance Meetings. • Arrange domestic and international business travel, including necessary reservations. • Familiarity of SharePoint administration for various SharePoint sites. • SAP invoice routing and vendor check payments/check printing. • Prepare, process, and complete expense reports for assigned staff through the Concur expense reporting system. • Develop and process presentations, letters, documents, spreadsheets, charts, and reports using Microsoft Office software. • Maintain existing and create new files, contact lists, itineraries, and mailings as needed. • Monitor deadlines and track progress toward task completion, communicating with management as appropriate. • Update the Global Knowledge Network (GKN), our company intranet with provided information (accounting policies, forms, staff member changes, exchange rates, operating calendars) • Provide a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and quality of all work products throughout the year. • Be proactive in identifying and managing conflicts in advance of future scheduled events, travel arrangements, and changes in priorities. • Schedule periodic meetings to review administrative activities, changes, future needs and progress against open items. • Administrate DocuSign distributions for various accounting requirements (i.e. Management Representation Letters, 10Q/K signature pages, etc.). • Gain understanding of the key roles and functions of the TFX Business, Board, Executive Management, Finance, and Key Global Business Partners and their functions to better anticipate, serve and execute administrative duties in support of the Finance Community. • Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all company policies, rules, and procedures. • Complete other duties and tasks as assigned. **Education / Experience Requirements** • 5+ years related experience supporting Executive staff or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency/expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Experience using Concur or similar online expense reporting and travel management systems **Specialized Skills / Other Requirements** • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • High attention to detail • Dependability and ability to deal with confidential situations • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Ability to assess situations, anticipate needs, & proactively take action to meet those needs • Maintain professional appearance • Willingness to be available after-hours, as needed, to monitor and assist with executive travel plans or other requirements • Self-starter with a proactive mindset TRAVEL REQUIRED: <5% \#LI-LM1 _At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
